Frozen Peach Yogurt

Ingredients
  Peaches/Apricots 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In a food processor, puree peaches and honey.
Strain into a large bowl through a coarse strainer.
Stir in vanilla and yogurt just until blended, and then freeze until just firm.
Remove from freezer, and beat until smooth.
Turn into a 6-cup container, cover, and freeze.
