Irresistible Peach Almond Crumble

Ingredients
  Sliced peeled peaches/Nectarines 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Peach preserves/Apricot preserves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Large-flake rolled oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sliced blanched almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
Directions

1. Fruit: In a bowl toss peaches with cornstarch; stir in preserves. Spread in baking dish.
2. Topping: In a bowl combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds and ginger. Pour butter over; stir to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit.
3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
