Irresistible Peach Almond Crumble
|Sliced peeled peaches/Nectarines||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Peach preserves/Apricot preserves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Large-flake rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sliced blanched almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
1. Fruit: In a bowl toss peaches with cornstarch; stir in preserves. Spread in baking dish.
2. Topping: In a bowl combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, almonds and ginger. Pour butter over; stir to make coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over fruit.
3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
