Brandied Peaches

  Canned peach halves 29 Ounce (1 Can, Undrained)
  Pineapple preserves 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Brandy 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Drain peach halves and reserve 1/2 cup syrup In a small bowl, combine reserved syrup, pineapple preserves, brandy and lemon juice Arrange peaches in a shallow, glass baking dish.
Pour sauce over peaches.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Cook, uncovered, on high 4 to 5 minutes.
