|Brandied peaches/Large black cherries||4 , pitted|
|Grand marnier||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cointreau||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Ice cream||1 Liter|
In a saucepan, place brandied peaches, and add Grand Marnier and Cointreau.
Heat brandy; add to peaches, and flame.
Pour peaches and sauce over ice cream, served in little bowls that are set in slightly larger bowls of chopped ice.
This is most effective when prepared in a chafing saucepan or deep skillet by the host or hostess while guests are watching.
Dim the lights while brandy is flaming.
Be sure all alcohol is burned out as the flavor is more delicate.
