Peach Delight

Ingredients
  Sliced fresh peaches 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Tapioca granules 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Boiling water/Fruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), whipped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir together peaches, honey, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon juice, and tapioca.
Add boiling water or juice.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until tapioca is soft and clear, stirring occasionally during cooking.
