|California peaches||3 , peeled, halved, pitted and sliced|
|Canned pineapple juice||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen limeade/Lemonade concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Club soda||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
Add peaches to food processor or blender.
Process until smooth to measure 2 cups puree.
Stir in pineapple juice, limeade and almond extract.
Fill 12-ounce glasses 2/3 full with crushed ice.
Add 1/3 cup peach base to each.
Top with club soda.
