Honey Peach Cup

|Peach/1/2 cup drained and diced canned peaches||1 Small, peeled and cubed|
|Peach nectar||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Honey/To taste||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated fresh ginger/1/4 teaspoon ground ginger||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Seltzer||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 In a food processor or blender, whirl the peach, nectar, honey, and ginger for 1 minute or until smooth.
Divide the mixture between 2 tall glasses.
Add 1/2 cup of seltzer to each glass and stir until well blended.
Fill each glass with ice.
