|Fresh california peaches||3 , sliced|
|Canned pineapple juice||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen limeade/Lemonade concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), undiluted|
|Almond extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Club soda||3 Cup (48 tbs), chilled|
Place peaches in blender or food processor.
Cover and process until smooth.
Measure 2 cups peach puree; pour into bowl.
Stir in pineapple juice, limeade and almond extract.
Fill each of six 12 ounce glasses 2/3 full with crushed ice.
Add 1/2 cup peach mixture to each.
Fill glasses with club soda.
