Foamy Peach Dessert
|Canned peach slices in extra light syrup||8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Jell-O Brand)|
|Ice cubes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 3/4 cup; pour into small saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Pour boiling liquid into blender.
Cover and blend at high speed until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 1 minute.
Add ice cubes and stir until ice is partially melted.
Blend at high speed for 2 minutes or until ice is melted and mixture is smooth.
Pour into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
Chill until set, about 2 hours.
