Ingredients
  Cow peas/Split peas 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cooked)
  Rice 2 Cup (32 tbs), boiled
  Stewed tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 400F degrees
MAKING
2.In a greased baking dish, place the cooked peas, rice, tomatoes and onion in layers
3.Season properly and cover with bread crumbs
4.Bake in the oven until brown
SERVING
5.Serve with eggs, milk or cheese
