Pork Sauteed With Snow Peas
|Pork||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Snow peas||1⁄4 Pound|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 Teaspoon (mixed with 3 tablespoons water)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Heat a pan with the oil and salt and when it is very hot add the pork and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the sherry and snow peas and stir 2 or 3 times.
Add the water, cover and cook for 2 minutes more.
Add the thickening and when it is smooth and thick, sprinkle with the pepper and serve in a shallow dish immediately.
