Holiday Peas And Rice

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Uncooked regular rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rubbed sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 21 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen english peas 10 Ounce
  Diced pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan, add rice and sage, and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Add broth and water, bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
Add peas, simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in pimiento.
