Sugar Snap Pea Appetizers
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Prepared horseradish||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar snap peas||1⁄4 Pound|
|Carrot||1 Medium, cut into 1.25 inch strips|
Combine cream cheese and horseradish, mixing well; set aside.
Trim ends from peas.
Using a sharp knife, carefully slit inside curve of each pea pod.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into a small decorating bag fitted with a tip.
Pipe cream cheese mixture into each pod.
Place one strip of carrot on filling.
Cover and chill.
