Black-Eyed Pea Skillet Dinner

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned black eyed peas 32 Ounce, drained
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained and coarsely chopped
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat, drain.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
