New Potatoes And Peas

Ingredients
  New potatoes 1 Pound
  Green peas 1 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook potatoes whole in 1 inch boiling salted water about 20 minutes or until almost done.
Add peas and sugar and cook about 8 minutes or until peas are just tender.
Drain.
Add cream and butter and heat but do not boil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve immediately.
