New Potatoes with Peas

|New potatoes||8 Small|
|Freshly cooked peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Thin cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), seasoned with salt and pepper (hot)|
|Chopped parsley/Chives||1 Tablespoon|
Scrub potatoes, leave unpeeled and boil.
When just tender, drain; skins may be quickly peeled off or left on.
Place in heated vegetable dish, and add peas.
Pour seasoned cream over all.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
