New Potatoes With Peas

Ingredients
  New potatoes 8 Small
  Freshly cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Thin cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), seasoned with salt and pepper (hot)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley/Chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Scrub potatoes, leave unpeeled and boil.
When just tender, drain; skins may be quickly peeled off or left on.
Place in heated vegetable dish, and add peas.
Pour seasoned cream over all.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
