2 Cup (32 tbs)
1 Clove (5 gm)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt and pepper
1. In a saucepan, boil water, and drop peas in it. On medium high heat, return the water to boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. In food processor, add garlic and chop. Add parsley, salt, and black pepper in it. Blend.
3. Drop peas in processor and mix. Add sour cream and blend well.
