Skillet Snow Peas With Celery
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snow peas||1 Pound|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diagonally sliced celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well; set aside.
Wash pea pods; trim ends, and remove any tough strings.
Saute peas, green onions, and celery in oil in a large skillet 2 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch mixture; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until thickened.
