Orange-Mint Peas

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Peas 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄3 Teaspoon
  Crushed mint 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan; add peas.
Simmer for 5 min- utes.
Add orange juice, sugar, rind and salt.
Simmer for 5 minutes longer.
Add mint.
