3 Cup (48 tbs), rehydrated in chicken stock (Thrive)
1 , diced
4 Clove (20 gm), minced
Half and half
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1) In a frying pan, heat butter and sauté onion until translucent.
2) Add salt and garlic and sauté for a minute.
3) Add peas and reserve the stock. Cook until heated through and then mash them.
4) Add stock as needed and add half and half.
5) Mash the peas until desired.
6) Serve the creamy mashed peas as a side dish.
