1. In a glass casserole, take butter. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds or until it melts.
2. Add flour, coffee mate or cream, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
3. Add peas. Toss it well.
4. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Remember to stir every 2 minutes until hot and slightly thickened.
5. You can serve Creamed Peas by pouring it over baked potatoes.
