Snap Peas With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
  Snap peas/Snow peas 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt/Salt substitute To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the stem ends from the peas and keep aside.

MAKING
2) Take a big saucepan and pour water.
3) Boil the water and put salt or salt substitute.
4) Add peas and boil on medium heat for 5 minutes.
5) Drain the peas.
6) Put the peas into the pan and add vinegar, salt or salt substitute and pepper.
7) Toss all the ingredients on low heat.

SERVING
8) Serve the dish immediately.
