Frosty Potage Saint Germain

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 , sliced
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Small
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chervil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Condensed beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)
  Half and half 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled (Half Milk Half Cream)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, put together lettuce, frozen peas, water, onion, butter or margarine, chervil, salt and pepper; cook for about 8 minutes until peas are tender.

FINALISING
2. Into a blender jar with grating blade, pour the peas mixture and process for 20 seconds until smooth.
3. Into a bowl, pour the purred mixture and stir in rest of the ingredients.
4. Refrigerate soup until chill.

SERVING
5. Serve Frosty Potage Saint Germain in soup bowls and garnish with a dollop of sour cream
6. Sprinkle chopped chives on top.
