Zesty Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
  Sugar snap peas 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed and steamed
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients, except steamed warm peas. Mix well using a whisk.

SERVING
5. Place warm peas on a serving platter, top with prepared sauce and serve immediately.
