Ingredients
  Leaf lettuce 1 Large
  Green peas 16 Ounce (Use Either Fresh Or Frozen)
  Chicken bouillon 2 Tablespoon
  Imitation butter flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a saucepan or baking dish, line bottom with lettuce.
3. In the centre of lettuce, pile the peas.
4. In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and pour over the peas.
5. Cover the dish closely and cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
6. If cooking on a saucepan, check occasionally to make sure that the mixture is not too dry.

SERVING
7. Serve Green Peas A La France with a low calorie meat dish.
