|Onion||3 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snow pea pods||16 Ounce (1 Pound, Fresh / Frozen)|
1 In a large skillet or wok, heat oil.
2 Add in onion and saute until golden.
3 If using fresh pea pods, snip ends and remove strings.
4 Add in the pea pods and cook over high heat for about 5 minutes for frozen, 8 minutes for fresh, stirring often, until tender crisp.
5 Season with salt and pepper.
6 Serve immediately.
