New Potatoes And Peas
|Salt pork slices||1⁄3 Pound|
|Cooked peas||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Wash potatos well.
Fry pork until crisp, remove meat, & add onion to fat.
Saute until brown.
Return pork slices along with potatos to pan, cover, and simmer until potatos are tender.
Add water as needed to keep from sticking.
Remove pork, add other ingredients & simmer for a short time.
