|Green peas||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced|
1) In a medium-size saucepan, drain the liquid from the peas can.
2) In the liquid, add celery and cover the pan.
3) Cook the celery for 5 minutes.
4) Uncover the pan and cook for another 5 minutes or until liquid is fully absorbed.
5) To the pan, add peas with seasonings.
6) Heat the mixture slowly, without stirring.
7) Serve the hot peas as side dish.
