Minted Peas

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen green peas 10 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Green creme de menthe 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, boil water, green peas and salt.
2) Lower the flame and cover the pan once the water comes to a rapid boil.
3) After 5 minutes, add margarine and crème de menthe.

SERVING
4) Plate the Minted Peas and serve as a side dish along with steamed rice.
