Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 5 Tablespoon
  Sugar snap peas 1 1⁄2 Pound, strings removed
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, stir in butter until melted and fry the peas until just cooked by turning frequently for about, 3 to 4 minutes.
2) Sprinkle with sugar and toss well to combine.

SERVING
3) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
