Sugar Snap Peas with Tomatoes
|Unsalted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen sugar snap peas/2 cups, fresh sugar snap peas||9 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Cherry tomatoes||12 , halved to make 3/4 cup|
|Dried tarragon||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add peas and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and tarragon.
Cook, stirring, until peas are bright green and tomatoes are heated through, about 2 minutes longer.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
