Peas and Celery

|Diced celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiling water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Peas||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (Cooked / Canned)|
|Top milk/Light cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)|
Combine celery, salt, and boiling water in a saucepan and cook, covered, until celery is tender—about 20 min.
Drain, then add peas and butter; heat thoroughly.
Add top milk and pepper just before removing from heat.
