|Rib celery||1 , cut in half|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In 3-qt casserole place peas, water, ham hock, celery, onion and lemon juice.
Microwave at High (10) 15 Minutes.
Microwave at Medium (5) 58 to 60 Minutes, until tender.
For Split Pea Soup: Dice meat from ham hock.
Return to dish.
Stir in 1 cup water.
Microwave at Medium (5) 5 to 10 Minutes, until hot.
