Snow Peas and Tomatoes

Ingredients
  Corn oil margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Fresh snow peas 1 Pound, trimmed
  Lite soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh oregano/1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, cut into wedges
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat melt margarine.
Add onion.
Saute until tender.
Add snow peas, soy sauce and oregano.
Stir-fry for about 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Add tomatoes; cover.
Cook for 1 minute longer.
Into a serving dish spoon vegetables.
