Peas With Greens
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Greens||300 Gram, shredded|
|White wine||1 Dash (A Splash)|
|Frozen peas||200 Gram|
|Light chicken stock||100 Milliliter|
Heat the butter in a large, deep frying pan, then add the onion and garlic.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, but not coloured.
Add the greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the white wine.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Tip in the peas and pour in the chicken stock.
Season then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the greens are wilted and just tender.
