Peas With Greens

Ingredients
  Butter 25 Gram
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Greens 300 Gram, shredded
  White wine 1 Dash (A Splash)
  Frozen peas 200 Gram
  Light chicken stock 100 Milliliter
Directions

Heat the butter in a large, deep frying pan, then add the onion and garlic.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened, but not coloured.
Add the greens and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour in the white wine.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Tip in the peas and pour in the chicken stock.
Season then cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the greens are wilted and just tender.
