Ingredients
  Snow peas 1 Pound
Directions

Trim the very ends of each pea pod.
Put them into a saucepan and pour on boiling water to a depth of about 1 inch.
Cover tightly and bring the water back to a boil.
Simmer for 2 minutes, then drain.
Tip the peas into a serving bowl and cool.
