Fried Rice with Peas
|Sliced green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Cold cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Liquid hot pepper seasoning||1 Dash|
Place wok over medium-high heat.
When wok is hot, add butter.
When butter has melted, add onion and parsley.
Stir-fry until onion is limp (about 1 minute).
Turn heat to high and add peas, rice, lemon peel, soy, and hot pepper seasoning.
Stir-fry until heated through, adding more butter if needed.
