Arrange snow peas in large bowl and cover with boiling water.
Let stand about 1 minute.
Drain peas well and immediately plunge into ice water.
Trim 1/4 inch from stem end of each pod and discard.
Set peas aside.
For filling: Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well.
Using pastry tube fitted with 1/4- to 1/8-inch tip, pipe filling into cut end of each pea pod.
Chill until ready to serve.
