Green Peas Balls

Ingredients
  Green peas 250 Gram
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Besan 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Gram Flour)
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon (1 Bunch)
  Green chillies 5
  Salt To Taste
For grinding
  Ginger 2 Inch
  Garlic 4
Directions

1. Steam the peas in a pressure cooker for 3-5 minutes.
2. Make a fine paste of ginger and garlic.
3. Add the ginger garlic paste, salt, finely cut green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves to the peas.
4. Slightly mash the mix.
5. Now add the corn flour and the gram flour (besan) to the mix.
6. Make small balls. Bake the peas balls.
