Shrimp With Pea Pods
|Frozen shrimp||16 Ounce (1 Package, Uncooked)|
|Frozen pea pods||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hollandaise sauce||12 Ounce|
|Canned water chestnuts||17 Ounce, drained and sliced (2 Can)|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1 Tablespoon|
1. Place shrimp and pea pods in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp is pink and pea pods partly cooked. Drain well and stir in remaining ingredients, except walnuts.
