|Green pea soup mix||12 Fluid Ounce (1 Package, 2 Envelopes)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned vienna sausages||8 Ounce, sliced (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Shredded carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1 Prepare soup mix with water, following label directions.
2 Saute sausages and carrot lightly in butter or margarine in a medium-size frying pan; stir into soup along with chopped parsley.
3 Ladle into soup plates.
