Ingredients
  Green pea soup mix 12 Fluid Ounce (1 Package, 2 Envelopes)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned vienna sausages 8 Ounce, sliced (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)
  Shredded carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Prepare soup mix with water, following label directions.
2 Saute sausages and carrot lightly in butter or margarine in a medium-size frying pan; stir into soup along with chopped parsley.
3 Ladle into soup plates.
