Artichokes And Peas With Mint

Ingredients
  Frozen artichoke hearts 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh mint/1 teaspoon dried mint 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, cook frozen artichokes in 1 cup boiling water for 4 minutes, breaking up gently with fork. Drain and return to pan.
2. Add peas to artichokes and cover. Cook covered over very low heat for 3 minutes to heat through. Add cream and onion to pan and simmer 2 minutes, or until cream is bubbly and hot. Stir in mint and season with salt and pepper.
