Minted Creamed Peas And Celery's picture
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dried mint flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed

In saucepan, combine celery, salt, and water.
Cook for 15 minutes or until just tender.
Add peas; bring to boil.
Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until tender.
Drain; add remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir now and then.
