Quick And Easy Tuna Rice With Peas
This quick and easy tuna rice with peas makes a simple but filling lunch or dinner. Made with green peas and cheese to taste, the rice is cooked with the fish. Flavored with chicken bouillon, it is savory and great for one or two people meals.
|Green peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Canned cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tuna||12 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Bring peas, water, soup, tuna and bouillon cube to a full boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
