Creamed Peas And New Potatoes
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Fresh peas||1 Pound|
|Pearl onions/3 teaspoon green onions||12 , sliced|
|Butter buds||1 1⁄4 Ounce (Half Package Of 2.5)|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Peel potatoes. Cover with water. Boil and cook until tender. Drain.
2. Cook peas and onions together until tender. Drain.
3. While vegetables are cooking, mix Butter BudsÂ®, cornstarch, and milk together until smooth. Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
4. Pour sauce over combined hot vegetables.
