Fruit Pastry

A Pastry Fruit Preparation refers to a pastry which is prepared by topping it with fruit ingredients. Pastry fruit, more popularly known as fruit pastry is prepared by first baking a batter made up of flour, eggs, butter and sugar in an oven, which is then topped up with an icing consisting of one or more fruits along with whipped cream.
