Pastry Made With Oil

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 3 Tablespoon
  Pastry 1 (For 8 Or 9 Inch 2 Crust Pie)
Directions

Sift flour and salt into bowl.
Add oil; mix with pastry blender or fork until mixture looks like fine bread crumbs.
Sprinkle with water; mix with fork.
Gather dough together with fingers; press into ball.
Add a little more oil if too dry.
This pastry is best rolled out between waxed paper.
Do not store in refrigerator; use at once.
