Salmon In Pastry

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned salmon 5 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , hard-boiled, shelled, and chopped
  Pastry 250 Gram, uncooked (1 Crust Pie Pastry)
Directions

Place butter, flour, and milk in a small pan.
Bring to a boil on conventional burner, whisking constantly.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Drain salmon; remove skin and bones.
Stir salmon and remaining ingredients into sauce.
Roll out pastry to a 10inch square and place in a glass baking dish.
Place filling in center.
Brush pastry edges with water.
Fold corners to center and pinch edges together so that the filling is completely en-closed Brush with a little milk and cook on "roast".setting for 9 minutes or until crust has small brown spots.
