Ingredients
  Puff pastry sheet 1 (9x 15 inch)
  Ricotta cheese/6 ounce cream cheese 1 Pound
  Pepperoni 1 Ounce, sliced (1 stick)
  Cucumber 1 Large, sliced
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , sliced
  Onion 1 , sliced in rounds
  Tomato 1 , sliced in rounds
  Mushrooms 6 , sliced
  Olives 6
  Caviar 2 Tablespoon (red or black, adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

Moisten the baking tray with water.
Arrange the sheet of puff pastry on the tray, and prick the surface with fork.
Bake at 400 degree oven for about ten minutes, reduce the heat to 350 degree and bake until golden brown.
Cool.
Spread the baked pastry evenly with cheese.
Arrange the mushrooms decoratively over the top.
Arrange one layer pepperoni, one layer cucumber, one layer eggs, green or black olives, tomatoes, caviar.
Decorate according to your taste, then cut into squares and serve.
It is very easy and attractive.
You have to bake it the same day.
It must be crispy.
