|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Put the butter and water into a pan and bring to a boil.
Add all the flour and salt at once and cook gently, stirring well for 2 minutes until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Cool for 10 minutes and put into the processor bowl .
With the machine running, add the eggs, one at a time through the feeder tube, mixing until completely incorporated.
Use as required.
